To become an activa Merchant, simply complete a Merchant Application Form. You can either download the Merchant Application Pack from our Downloads area and then print it out, or call the merchant services team on 0800 333 550 to request a Merchant Application Pack be posted to you.

Once your application has been received, we'll have you up and running as an activa Merchant within 10 days at the most.*
* Subject to Merchant facility Opening Criteria, activa Merchant Services Agreement and Addendum.

You'll receive a pack of activa stickers for your window and point-of-sale area. By putting the stickers in a prominent position, you can attract passing activa members. You can also request a supply of brochures about activa for your customers and staff. And if you have a website, we can send you web-ready activa logos that will catch the eye of customers who encounter your 'virtual' shop presence.
