activa has developed a network that allows members to use the funds in their activa Account to pay for health-related goods and services at a range of shops and service providers.

Who are activa merchants?
They are retailers and health care providers in the business of health and wellbeing. Participating companies include pharmacies, doctors, dentists, sports retailers, gymnasiums, physiotherapists, health food shops, radiologists, chiropractors and more. Where will I find the activa network?
The activa network is located throughout New Zealand and can be identified by the activa logo on the door or at the counter. You can view our lists of merchants, in both category and city order.

Can I request an outlet to become an activa merchant?
Absolutely! If you find a health and wellbeing retail outlet or service that accepts EFTPOS and who doesn't accept your activa card and you'd like them to do so, please give their details to the activa merchant services team. You can either call the activa merchant services team on 0800 333 550, email them or use the merchant suggestion page to send them a message. Then they'll approach the merchant on your behalf.
